Hi. It's Meg

It's Wednesday, which means I am starting my three day weekend. My work schedule is odd yet very satisfying at the same time. I work at Hope Veterinary Specialists as a receptionist. This is not where I would of told you I saw myself if you have asked me about my 5 year plan years ago. I went to college for Athletic Training and diagnosed injuries, preformed concussion evaluations, removed sutures and cleaned opened wounds till about two months ago. Now I am working three twelve hour sifts in an different kind of hospital. An animal hospital... and I couldn't be happier. When I am not at work, I am obsessing over which DIY home renovation I can attempt next, or internet searching for a new accent chair or area rug all while sipping on my third coffee unless its time for a glass of wine. I am sure you all have sensed the eye roll from my boyfriend, Mark by now - who is likely watching sports and loving on our rescued pup, Bryn. Mark is my better half. He would likely describe me as excitable. I am quick to try a new recipe, DIY house renovation which include lot of power tools, or spending ALOT of money at Target for a blanket, simply because it will look nice hanging over a chair... ( I really just can not help myself).  He is perfect for me considering his patience.  I hope you can relate to some of my adventures and enjoy my blog.
